About Qlue 

We are a company focused on implementing smart city technology to push for a sustainable, safer city overall, and promotes government transparency and accountability. We worked closely with city institutions, local communities, and police departments in combating urban issues related to mobility, security & safety, and sanitation among other issues.

Summary: 

Qlue is looking for a sales-oriented person who has experience in both business development and government. You will take the lead on Business to Government Sales pitches, working directly with cities and municipalities. This position requires an unusual skill set with both understanding how government IT system / funding works while being able to pitch and close deals as Qlue expands across the country. You will help sourcing new B2G leads, develop marketing materials and pitch decks, and post- sale customer success management. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify new ways to present the Qlue experience to new government clients,
  • Achieve monthly sales goals, take actions to close the deal, 
  • Work with customers to understand their business goals and implementing KPIs to measure ROI and success, 
  • Develop and monitoring strategy, execution, budget, and metrics for customer onboarding and retention, 
  • Onboarding new customers, helping them to get up to speed on the best ways to use our platform to get results, 
  • Working with the Business Development team to provide insights for acquiring more clients,
  • Helping business to grow, researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing customers
  • Building network to Government area
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Requirements

Requirement: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • Required language(s) : formal Indonesian, English is a plus

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Government and/or working together with Government as a client

  • Required skills : Unified Communications, Communication, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Business Analysis and Problem Solving

  • Socially adapt and IT fluency

  • Good with numbers and business manner

  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people

  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems

  • In-depth knowledge of customer industries and their current events

  • Able to handle pressure and deadlines

  • Must have a connection or relatives in government area
